pure-systems is pleased to announce the immediate availability of pure::variants for IBM Rational Rhapsody.
pure::variants for IBM Rational Rhapsody supports variability management and model tailoring in combination with and tightly integrated in IBM Rational Rhapsody. The tool enables reuse of UML/SysML models and model elements. Systems engineers and architects can now map architecture variability to a feature model and apply rules and relationships. Model variants can then be automatically created based on feature selection, speeding production of model-to-code while improving consistency and quality.
The tool combines the industry-leading variant management and rules-based based solution selection features of pure::variants with the advanced business modelling, software design and systems engineering capabilities of IBM Rational Rhapsody. Now model-driven-development with IBM Rational Rhapsody can be efficiently used within Software Product Line (SPL) based on pure::variants Technology.
